A merger between two of the world's most respected container operators to form a new leader in the industry, P&O Nedlloyd has been a long time user of Locktainer™ seals. Over 10 years ago, P&O containers asked Universeal to come up with a new container seal with dramatically improved features. The result was the Locktainer™ 180, the first "Integral" Container Seal on the market. Shortly after that, the seal was chosen by Nedlloyd BV of Holland as their only container-sealing device worldwide.
After the merger, the new company turned to Universeal, to develop a new seal that would meet the ambitious cargo security requirements of the newly formed giant shipping company.
