UNI520 locking tags are inexpensive, tamperproof padlock security seals designed to securely identify & communicate the status of medical and surgical equipment, and in particular surgical instruments and trays, carts and crates as they move through sterilisation processes through to holding areas and finally to surgery operating rooms.

As standard we hold the UNI520 padlock locking tag in red, green and yellow colours pre-numbered in our UK warehouse for quick despatch. Alternatively, we can customise our locking tags with specific markings to communicate relevant operational status, such as RETURN TO OR, BROKEN, DISCARD, DIRTY, CLEAN, CLEAN, REPAIR, SHARPEN, or other bespoke info. Surgical locking tags are suitable with steam and gas plasma sterilisation processes.
