Gummed Paper tape, also known as water-activated packaging tape, is the most environmentally-friendly paper packaging tape available in the market, being 100% biodegradable, recyclable and repulpable (non reinforced version only). Gummed paper tape is available in a range of different strengths (70 - 125gsm kraft paper) with a 100% natural starch adhesive, activated by contact with water (requires special dispenser), providing an excellent bond and seal to many types of surfaces. 

As with our other packaging tapes, gummed paper tape can be fully customised to your requirements, enabling you to create striking branded packaging for secure sealing of all types of parcels, cartons and boxes. Also available in a reinforced option (contains plastic strands), available for high value or heavy packages.
