CageLock Security Labels

The CageLock Security Label is an innovative, sustainable alternative to traditional moulded plastic cage seals. Designed for tamper-evidence, ease of use, and minimal environmental impact, it delivers performance with responsibility. Its unique fold-back label design (similar to a baggage tag) uses our proven non-residue adhesive technology: only the ends are peeled for adhesion, while the centre remains covered. This allows the label to move freely and prevents unwanted sticking to cages, and immediately displays a VOID message on its surface if tampering is attempted.

Because CageLock uses a thin paper-backed format instead of bulky plastic moulds, up to 400,000 units fit on a pallet—six-plus times more than moulded plastic seals (≈ 60,000 units). That means huge reductions in CO₂ emissions from transport, less storage space required, and significantly less plastic waste. It’s fully customisable: print critical transit details, serial or QR codes, company logos, or standard VOID messages. Available in a wide palette of colours to match branding or for process identification.
