Customised Tamper-evident Security Bags

Customised tamper-evident security bags are designed for one-way secure transport of confidential documents and sensitive items where visible evidence of opening is required. This includes security envelopes, deposit envelopes and tamper evident mailers. They are commonly specified for courier and diplomatic mail, secure internal transfers and controlled distribution, helping to reduce the risk of interference and support traceability during handling and transit.

Each bag uses a tamper-evident sealing closure designed to reveal attempted opening or interference (through sophisticated void messages embedded in the security closure itself designed to reveal mechanical, chemical and heat attacks). Once opened, the bag is intended to show clear signs that access has occurred, supporting audit trails, reconciliation and chain-of-custody procedures where applicable.

Custom Security Options

We manufacture to order to suit your workflow and specification. Custom options can include material type (transparent or opaque), film thickness (typically 50–150 micron), print layout and colours, write-on panels, bespoke sequential numbering and barcode formats, tear-off receipts, carry handles and other format requirements. Material options include virgin polythene (100% recyclable) or bag film with ≥80% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content.

Typical applications include secure courier and diplomatic mail, forensic exhibits and evidence handling, examination papers, secure movement of personal property, election and ballot materials, and other controlled processes where identification and tamper evidence are important.
