StrapSecure Pallet Seal

The StrapSecure Pallet Seal is a pallet strapping security seal used to secure pallets and large cartons by protecting the intersection of pallet banding used in transit packaging. Each StrapSecure pallet seal consists of an aluminium cross-plate and Flexigrip cable seal with paired barcode and numbering, securing the intersection of strapping applied around a pallet or carton. Once sealed, the cross-plate prevents pallet strapping from being slid off and re-applied without leaving evidence, helping to deter interference and provide clear tamper indication on arrival.

Pallet seals can provide additional layer of security & an 'identity check' of sealed consignments for border control & customs staff. Fits popular strapping widths (6–15mm). Supplied with duplicated barcode/numbering as standard; bespoke logos/text available.

Best for: pallets in transit, large cartons, strapped export consignments, pallet-level identity checks.

Where required, pallet seals may be used to seal consignments of animal products and recorded on Export Health Certificates in line with APHA guidance.
