Trailer TIR Cords

Trailer TIR Cords are used to help secure curtain side trailers, curtainsiders and tilt vehicles during transport. This 6mm PVC-coated steel TIR cable is fitted with TIR fasteners at each end and is designed for threading through curtain buckles and closure points to help maintain load security.

Suitable for truck and trailer applications, TIR cables are commonly used on curtain side vehicles and other customs-sealable transport equipment. When used with an appropriate security seal at the rear of the vehicle, they provide a more tamper-evident method of securing the load area.
