ABVL01 and ABVL02 ball valve lockouts provide a simple, effective way to secure quarter-turn ball valves against unintentional or unauthorised operation during inspection, servicing and maintenance. The two-piece sliding design fully encompasses the valve handle, helping to keep the valve in the required position while lockout / tagout procedures are followed. Manufactured from durable, crack-resistant ABS, these devices are designed for hard-wearing use and remain reliable in harsh environments and across extremes of weather and temperature conditions.

How it works

Position the two-piece lockout around the ball valve handle so it is fully enclosed, then secure using your preferred lockout method in line with site procedures. Suitable for lockout of ball valve handles across industrial and maintenance environments where secure isolation is required.

Sizes

Choose ABVL01 to suit pipes 12–63mm in diameter, or ABVL02 to suit pipes 50–200mm in diameter.

Material
