CB03 Cable Lockout for Valve Isolation

The CB03 wheel cable lockout provides a versatile solution for safe isolation across a wide range of applications, including gate valves, “T” valve handles, electrical disconnects and circuit breaker panels. Its flexible, lightweight design is particularly effective in awkward or confined spaces where rigid lockout devices may be impractical. Once applied, the CB03 helps keep equipment secured in the “off” position during inspection and maintenance, supporting clear and consistent lockout / tagout procedures.

Suitable for a broad range of isolation points including valves, isolators and electrical disconnects where a cable-based lockout is the simplest option.

How it works

Route the cable through the required isolation point(s), tension the device, then apply padlocks to prevent accidental re-energisation during maintenance.

Group lockout

Designed to accept multiple padlocks (up to 8), making it ideal for team lockout and shared maintenance workflows.

Options

Supplied with 4mm insulated cable (2m standard; custom lengths available) and available in traffic light colours (red, yellow and green) for fast visual control on site.
