CB01 Cable Lockout for Valves

CB01 cable lockouts provide a flexible, highly visible solution for safe valve isolation during inspection and maintenance. Suitable for securing gate valves, handles and oversized equipment, the CB01 helps ensure energy sources remain locked in the “off” position while work is carried out. It’s especially useful where rigid lockout devices won’t fit, and where multiple isolation points need to be secured quickly and clearly — including locking out a series of valves in one operation.

How it works

Route the cable through the isolation point(s), tension the device, then apply padlocks to help prevent re-energisation during maintenance.
