Laboratory Specimen Transport Bags

We produce bespoke, sealable LDPE laboratory specimen bags designed as flexible outer packaging for the transport of medical samples to laboratories under UN3373 (Category B) protocols. These outer specimen transport bags are intended to hold leakproof primary and secondary containers, with absorbent material where required, helping to contain spillages and reduce the risk associated with infectious substances during handling and transit.

Our specimen bags can be manufactured to your requirements, including custom sizes and film thickness, choice of colours, styles such as with or without carry handle, and custom printing (e.g. department ID and handling messages). Bags can also be colour-coded to help differentiate specimen types and workflows, such as pathology, cytology, haematology and microbiology departments.
