Marker cable ties combine a self-locking nylon cable tie with an integrated identification flag. They allow cables, components, equipment and bundled items to be fastened and clearly marked without attaching a separate identification tag. They are also sometimes known as flag cable ties, identification cable ties or write-on cable ties - they are used whenever information needs to remain securely attached and clearly visible. The blank integrated marking flag / pad can be marked with permanent marker or used with printed adhesive labels; or alternatively custom-laser printed to order (minimum orders apply). We supply marker ties in multiple tie lengths (110-351mm), widths (from 2.5mm - 7mm) and multiple flag areas (20x13mm - 77x51mm) to suit sizing, strength and marking needs.

Smaller marker cable ties are particularly suitable for cable bundles, control panels, wiring harnesses, hoses & component identification. The larger flag ties can be used for equipment marking, stock identification, inspection status, batch control, sacks, bags and general industrial applications.

Are flag cable ties the same as marker cable ties?

Flag cable ties are a type of marker cable tie. The term is particularly useful for models with larger identification areas, although both terms are commonly used for cable ties with an integrated marking flag.

Are marker cable ties supplied blank?

Yes. Blank identification flags are the standard option. They can be marked during installation using a suitable permanent pen.

Can marker cable ties be custom printed?

Custom-printed text, logos, codes and sequential numbering may be available for volume orders. Options and minimum quantities depend on the selected model.

Are marker cable ties security seals?

No. These products are primarily intended for bundling and identification. They are not certified security seals and should not be used where formal tamper-evident performance is required.

Are different colours available?

Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, white and black available. Colour availability is subject to the selected model and order quantity.
