Our 4.8mm nylon cable ties are a popular general-purpose fastening solution for securing, bundling and organising items across a wide range of industries.

Manufactured from Nylon 66, these standard cable ties are suitable for cable management, packaging, warehousing, manufacturing, maintenance and everyday industrial use. The 4.8mm width offers a useful balance of strength, flexibility and ease of handling, making them suitable for many routine fastening and bundling tasks. Available in black or natural, the ties have a minimum loop tensile strength of 22kg. 

Typical applications include securing cable bundles, closing bags, organising stock, fastening lightweight components, attaching tags and supporting general maintenance work. For applications requiring identification, traceability or branding, printed cable ties may be more suitable. For most versatile and multi-purpose cable tie size, we recommend our 300x4.8mm black cable ties.
