How it works

Place the clamshell over the gate valve handwheel and secure using a compatible lockout padlock, hasp or seal. Once locked, the housing rotates freely to prevent the handwheel from being operated. Available in multiple sizes to match common gate valve handwheel diameters for a secure, practical fit.

Material & Options

Manufactured from durable polypropylene for everyday industrial use and improved resistance to cracking and abrasion. Red supplied as standard; alternative colours may be available on request. Oversized valve lockouts can also be supplied for larger valve handles where required.
