Universal Valve Lockouts

Universal Valve Lockouts provide a versatile solution for isolating energy sources across a wide range of valve types in industrial and manufacturing environments. The modular design allows you to configure the device to suit different valve geometries, helping keep valves secured in the required position during inspection, servicing and maintenance. With options including arm configurations and cable attachments, the range is suitable for quarter-turn, butterfly, gate and 3, 4, 5-way valves, and can be secured using lockout hasps and safety padlocks in line with site lockout/tagout procedures.

How it works

Fit the lockout to the valve handle/operating point, configure arms or cable attachment as required, then secure using a lockout hasp and safety padlock(s) to prevent operation during maintenance.
